Joe Fields, VP of Business Development
Mr. Joe Fields, Vice President of Business Development, has 26 years of experience in manufacturing businesses including military tents, industrial base and automotive air bags. Mr. Fields currently serves on the United States Industrial Fabrics Institute committee, (USIFI), reviewing military tent fabric specifications.
In 1988 - 1992, as Vice President, Joe Fields played a key role in the startup and growth of an Outdoor Venture project which resulted in an automotive air bag manufacturing business. He played a key role in successfully growing this business to a $25 million dollar business.
Outdoor Venture's air bag manufacturing business, one of the first in the United States, employed 175 persons and produced 25,000 air bags per week before Outdoor Venture's stockholders' sold the business in 1992. Joe Fields spent several years as Director of Development with the air bag manufacturing business where he had one patent, three patent applications and five record inventions.

Emily Russell, Director of Business Development
Ms. Emily Russell, Director of Business Development, has 13 years of Department of Defense Acquisition, Logistics, and Project Management experience. Ms. Russell served as an Officer in the U.S. Army until 2020.
Ms. Russell obtained an MBA from Syracuse University in 2021 and a BA from the University of Massachusetts in 2015.

Anita Sutton, Business Development Manager
Ms. Anita Sutton, Business Development Manager, has 28 years of manufacturing experience and has been with Outdoor Venture Corporation since 2003. Ms. Sutton obtained a BS degree in Chemistry and Biology from Austin Peay State University.
Prior to 2003, experience includes bench chemistry, pharmaceutical laboratory, extensive experience with automotive quality assurance standards including 3rd party registration, industrial management in quality assurance, as well as engineering.
Ms. Sutton has extensive background in industrial management with a technical background.

Mike Peterson, iPanel® Business Development
Mr. Mike Peterson has 36 years of construction management, design and project development experience and has been with Outdoor Venture Corporation since 2013, and is currently responsible for business development within the iPanel® business unit of the company. Prior to joining OVC, Mr. Peterson was active as an owner, manager, or investor in a wide variety of real estate development and construction projects throughout Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Minnesota and was initially employed by Xerox Corporation in several Sales and Management positions before continuing his career in real estate development and construction.

Debbie Bowman, Assistant Contracts Administrator
Debbie Bowman, Assistant Contracts Administrator, has been with Outdoor Venture Corporation since 1986, serving in various roles of progressively increasing responsibilities such as contracts administration, subcontract management, purchasing, inventory management and control, work flow, operations, EDI coordinator, cost accounting and system administration.
